Why can't I see my student in StudyForge?

Sometimes a student will be on my list in my LMS class, but not in my StudyForge group.

Student's only appear in a StudyForge group after  they click on a link to a StudyForge lesson. If your student doesn't appear in your group in StudyForge, then most likely they haven't actually started any of the StudyForge lessons. 

Please ask your student to do one of the lessons. Once they have, they should automatically populate into your group in StudyForge.

If you confirm they have accessed a StudyForge lesson from your class in your Learning Management System, but you still don't see them in your group, then please contact support@studyforge.net
