The system now displays a clear message explaining that the review is not available instead of a blank error page. - Removed the unnecessary “picture” button from the calculator within lesson questions. - Fixed incorrect display of asterisks that marked non-required fields on the Create Course page. - Fixed an issue where quiz deep links displayed incorrect total points (“out of” values). Linked quizzes now show accurate scoring information for students and teachers. - Fixed an issue where group quizzes didn’t always show the correct number of questions or total points. Quiz settings now update properly for all students when a quiz is published. - Fixed an issue where duplicating videos that included attached readings could cause an 500 error. Videos with linked readings now duplicate correctly without interruptions. **Thursday, September 18th, 2025** - Fixed several minor system issues to improve overall platform performance and reliability. - Resolved isolated errors that could interrupt lessons or quiz loading under specific conditions. **Tuesday, September 24th, 2025** - Fixed an issue where students occasionally saw a blank page when uploading files larger than expected. - Resolved a problem where quiz sessions sometimes display errors when saving student progress. - Improved reliability of session handling to prevent unnecessary “session expired” alerts. - Fixed errors in video playback that appeared when pausing and resuming certain lessons. - Resolved a data error that caused the system to misreport lesson completion or question status. **Friday, September 26th, 2025** - Fixed an issue where the system displayed repeated error messages when saving quiz progress. - Removed unnecessary warning pop-ups shown when grading quizzes, ensuring a smoother teacher experience. - Fixed a problem preventing teachers from printing student work; printouts now load correctly. - Resolved a display issue that caused project questions to be excluded when printing lesson notes. - Fixed quiz editing so that updating one question no longer replaces an entire question pool. - Improved how the system saves very long question responses, preventing errors for extended solution steps. - Resolved an issue where some quizzes incorrectly showed a countdown timer even when “Hide Time Spent” was enabled. - Fixed a bug where session maintenance messages appeared at the wrong time for some users. - Resolved issues with lesson status updates not saving correctly in certain situations. - Fixed console errors triggered by embedded video elements in lessons. - Improved handling of quiz session recovery after temporary connection loss. **Monday, September 29th, 2025** - Fixed an issue where Christian content did not display correctly for institutions with Christian-based learning material. - Resolved a problem that caused missing links in the teacher report dashboard — teachers can now click directly to review student attempts. - Fixed new user registration errors that prevented some users from completing the sign-up process. - Corrected teacher account renewal via LMS so that course access now refreshes without error. - Fixed dashboard report widgets that sometimes failed to load due to data formatting issues. - Resolved intermittent console errors when interacting with lesson videos. - Improved error messaging for expired sessions to clearly prompt users to log in again instead of showing a blank error page. -
