Wednesday, October 1st, 2025

  • Fixed an issue where the user search function was taking an unusually long time and sometimes failed to return results. Searches are now faster and reliable.
  • Resolved a problem where the Report Dashboard timeline widget returned a 500 error when filtering activities. Dashboards now load normally for all users.
  • Improved system logging to ensure recent activity lists display up-to-date results in the “Continue where you left off” section.

Thursday, October 2nd, 2025

  • Fixed a critical issue that caused an “out-of-memory” error for some students when accessing courses through LMS redirects. Access now completes successfully without blank screens or crashes.

Friday, October 3rd, 2025

  • Resolved an issue where LTI-connected users did not see the proper “logged out” page after ending their session. Users now receive a clear message directing them back to their LMS to log in.
  • Fixed a widespread issue causing videos hosted on ".com" and ".net" domains to load extremely slowly or fail entirely. Video playback has been optimized for faster, more consistent performance.

Tuesday, October 8th, 2025

  • Fixed an error preventing users on Windows from uploading .zip files in the New Interactive creation flow. Uploads now complete successfully across all operating systems.

Friday, October 10th, 2025

  • Fixed a grade-sync issue affecting LTI 1.1 integrations with partner LMS platforms. Grades now send and update correctly after being submitted.
  • Optimized the Manage Users page to handle large data sets more efficiently. The page now loads faster and maintains full search and sorting capabilities even for institutions with high user counts.

  • Corrected a display bug where some student groups appeared as “Anonymous Group.” All groups now display their proper names.
  • Fixed a problem that caused student counts and enrollment details to show different numbers in different places. Everything now matches and updates correctly.

  • Fixed a broken link on the Manage Users page so clicking “Enrollment Expires On” now opens the student profile.
  • Restored the ability for teachers to create new SF Lite groups after a permissions error stopped some from adding them.
  • Added a maintenance message for quizzes that appears when the system is unstable, helping students avoid quiz errors or lost progress.
  • Improved the accessibility menu so options like “Alternate Version” and “Reading View” work more smoothly for everyone.
  • Fixed a rare issue that caused the search tool to stop working when the same content appeared twice. Searches now run normally and stay stable.

  • Fixed progress loading for very large groups, resolving a 500 error so teachers can reliably view student progress.
