I'm getting "Unavailable Quicklink" when I click on a StudyForge link in D2L/Brightspace.

This usually happens when the link is disabled. Here's how to correct this.

  • In the course. Click on the Course Tools down arrow
  • Click All Tools

  • Click External Learning Tool

  • Make sure you're on the LTI Advantage tab
  • Select the Disabled button
  • Type in the name of the link in the search field and hit enter
  • Click the link

  • Click the Enabled button
  • Click Save and Close

You'll now have access to the link. Great job!🙌🏻
