Force quizzes to open within your LMS

Learn how to ensure quizzes open within your LMS instead of a new tab, which is required for some proctoring tools.

1.  Navigate to the quiz you want to edit

2. Click Edit Settings

3. In the General section, locate the Force iFrame setting

  • Set Force iFrame to Yes

  • This ensures the quiz opens within your LMS

4. Click Save

5. Click Publish

6. If the quiz opens outside the LMS, a warning message will appear, and students will not be able to continue

  • Students will be asked to refresh the page and enable browser settings if needed to proceed
