Broken Institutional Settings tab in Quiz Builder.

The content in the settings tab for institution managers was not being displayed correctly. The page content was empty when accessing it from the quiz builder. From this fix, institution managers can access and use the institutional settings normally.
The undo button does not update number of questions in a pool.

When changing the number of questions in a pool in the pool settings modal, the undo button was not affecting the changes, this created confusion for users when assigning the number of questions to be selected on a pool. Now, this is affected by the undo feature in the quiz builder.
